The plugin is in Test Mode which allows for direct region simulation via query string, e.g ?reg=US-TX (country-state) or ?reg=DE (country only). The following links will open pages to demonstrate different user-flows. The regions defined are fictitious. They are for demo purposes only. The API calls and verification process are real, not simulated. API requests are throttled to 10 sessions/min to avoid abuse. To best experience the full verification flow open this site in an incognito/private window.
Tier 1 Verifications
A Tier 1 verification uses biometric facial scanning only.
Tier 2 Verifications
A Tier 2 verification uses a biometric selfie + a government photo ID.
The alternate Tier 2 process allows for the government ID part of the verification to be skipped if the selfie is obviously that of an adult. There is a user-configurable value that is a threshold compared to the probability that the person in the selfie is a minor. This demo has that value set at 2%. If there’s less than a 2% chance that the user is a minor then the ID check part of the Tier 2 verification is skipped.
